OMNIA Terms & Conditions 2026
1. Payment Policy
We provide three flexible ways to secure your spot on the road: Full Payment (Credit/Debit Card), Link (Playmas), or Instalment Plans.
- Instalments: A minimum deposit of 33% is required to activate your order.
- Payment Deadlines: To ensure production remains on schedule, the following milestones apply:
- 30 June 2026: Minimum 66% of total balance must be paid.
- 31 July 2026: 100% of total balance must be settled.
- Please note that all orders are treated as bespoke pre-orders and must be paid in full to be fulfilled.
2. Delivery & Shipping
- Standard Courier: We use DHL’s next-day service. Shipping is free for orders over £100 (£10 flat fee for orders under £100). Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
- Specialist Handling: Due to their intricate nature, Monday costumes (excluding Party Man and Party Woman sections) cannot be sent via standard courier. These costumes must be collected in person or delivered via our specialist partner, Carnival Concierge. This service starts at £30 and must be booked and paid for independently.
3. Collection Protocol
- Identification: Costumes must be collected by the original purchaser with valid photo ID.
- Third-Party Collection: If you wish to authorise someone else to collect your package, they must present their own photo ID and a copy of your authorisation.
- Deadlines: Distribution schedules will be shared via email, our website, and social media. We do not offer collection within 24 hours of Carnival. It is your responsibility to collect your package before this window; OMNIA is not liable for non-collection.
- Production Timelines: We aim to have all items ready at least two weeks before Notting Hill Carnival. In the event of international shipping or production delays, we will strive to make items available as close to the original date as possible.
4. Refunds & Returns Policy
As carnival costumes are custom-made to your specifications, they fall under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exceptions for bespoke goods.
- 14-Day Grace Period: You have 14 days from the date of payment to request a refund. After this period, your order enters production and becomes non-refundable.
- Our Guarantee: We guarantee that your costume will match the advertised specifications and your chosen sizes. If there is a discrepancy, we will rectify it through alteration, replacement, or refund.
- Final Sale: Information provided at the time of booking is final. As such, we cannot offer:
- Section exchanges or switching.
- Changes to measurements or sizes once production has started.
- Costume transfers between masqueraders.
- Refunds for uncollected items.
5. Privacy & Media Statement
- Data Usage: OMNIA is the sole owner of the data collected on this site. Your information is used strictly for operational purposes, Carnival updates, and occasional special promotions. We will never share your data with third parties outside our organisation.
- Media Release: By joining the band, you agree that OMNIA may use any images or videos captured of you in costume for marketing and promotional purposes. You waive any rights to royalties or compensation for the use of such media.
- Security: We take your security seriously. All sensitive data (such as credit card information) is encrypted and processed securely via "https" protocols.
